A two-storey apartment building and outbuildings on Valga Rd 1a in Tsirguliina are to be demolished at the order of Valga Municipality.
The Valga Municipality has dealt with the ownership of the complex in the past, and when it became the sole owner, preparations were made for demolition. All the buildings earmarked for demolition were dilapidated and detracted from the overall appearance of Tsirguliina.
The buildings will be demolished and the plot will be cleaned up by TERASTEENUS OÜ. The total cost of the works is €17 608.
This year, the Valga Municipality has already demolished an old telecom mast and outbuildings on Võru Street and a residential building on Uuel Street in Valga town, an apartment building and sheds at Vabriku 2 and 4 in Tsirguliina, and an old sauna building, shed and greenhouse around Hargla school.
