The collective is a community of choral music lovers who value the magic of choral singing above all else. We give preference to singers who have studied at music school, as the choir's repertoire includes many challenging compositions and this makes it easier to learn the songs. Ensemble "ENELAS"

The ensemble not only performs Russian folk songs and dances, but also introduces the cultures of other nations. The ensemble is multi-ethnic and performs in various formations: singing in a female ensemble, as a soloist and as a duet, and performing and dancing in a dance group. The spirited events organised by the collective always attract large numbers of participants. Currently the collective has 18 members, rehearsals take place twice a week at Kungla tn. 15

The activities of the Ukrainian Society include the development and support of the Ukrainian community, the preservation and promotion of Ukrainian culture, and the organisation of various fundraising and charity events and joint activities to strengthen community unity. Special attention is given to work with children and young people: the Society runs a Saturday school where children learn Ukrainian language and literature, Ukrainian history and culture, as well as crafts. A children's and youth folklore ensemble has also been created, whose repertoire includes Ukrainian folk and contemporary songs, bringing the younger generation closer to the traditions of the nation. The organisation also organises charitable and cultural events that support and promote Ukrainian traditions and values.

Non-profit association Pilleriin

NGO Pilleriin unites active and talented people of Valga municipality who are interested in Estonian folk culture, folk dance and the desire to spend meaningful leisure time. Our 30 dancers wear beautiful folk costumes of Hargla parish and perform folkloric Estonian dances and dances of authors. The association consists of both women's and mixed groups who have represented the city and municipality of Valga at local and national dance festivals. The dancers of the Pillerin have also introduced Estonian culture and folk dance at festivals in Italy, Finland, Georgia, Latvia and elsewhere. We are happy that we can decorate the cultural events of Valga municipality with our dances.

The Mixed Folk Dance group is in a constant state of flux, with only 5 people dancing since the beginning. The group has participated in county dance festivals as well as national ones. The group has also represented Valga outside Estonia. "Rukkilill" has also developed its own traditions: celebrating New Year's Eve, Christmas and birthdays, and organising summer excursions. "Rukkilill" is like a family, sharing both joys and sorrows.

Song and dance studio since 1995;

The NGO Studio JOY has been an integration centre for the multicultural society of South Estonia for over 29 years.

JOY's participation in various social projects aimed at improving the living conditions of local residents, including a cultural programme for children and young people, is a testimony to its high social responsibility.
