Valga Municipality Cultural and Educational Service is looking to recruit a speech therapist (part-time or full-time).
Your main tasks will be:
- Supporting the learning and development of children in need of speech and language therapy in Valga municipality by contributing to their age-appropriate development;
- mapping children in need of speech and language therapy and finding an appropriate approach in cooperation with parents, children's and educational staff and other specialists as necessary;
- speech development and communication skills for children in need of speech therapy;
- Guidance and counselling for parents and, if necessary, other specialists and teachers in teaching children who need less intensive speech therapy;
- organising, where necessary, in-service training for parents and teachers to support the child's school readiness.
- completing professional documentation and reporting.

- You have a Master's degree or equivalent qualification or a qualification as a speech and language therapist;
- you have an advanced level of Estonian and at least one foreign language at intermediate level;
- You have a desire to work with children, commitment and a sense of mission;
- excellent communication and self-expression skills;
