Cheese making workshop
On 11 October at 12 noon there will be a cheese making workshop at the Valga Museum as part of the Livonian Mihklilaada. The event will be hosted by chef Silver Illak and senior chef Ingrid Grossberg of Ugandi Resto. Together they will make classic and beloved cheeses - Mozzarella, Burrata and Gouda. We'll also talk about how to make clever use of whey, a natural by-product of cheesemaking. It's a great opportunity to learn from the professionals, to be inspired and to experience that cheesemaking is not complicated, but an exciting and creative process.
