The 130th anniversary of the birth of Alfred Neuland, Estonia's first Olympic champion, will be celebrated at the Valga Museum. A memorial plaque will be unveiled at 15:00 at the mighty oak tree planted by Neuland at Pärna pst 20 in Valga.
