The aim of the grant is to improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce energy supplied to the building and building maintenance costs, improve the indoor climate and promote the use of renewable energy through investments in public buildings.

Project summary: The building of the Valga Open Youth Centre, the so-called Morel Villa, has been reconstructed in the heritage protection area of the city of Valga, based on the works necessary to achieve energy efficiency and taking into account the heritage protection requirements and current building standards. Modern conditions have been created for young people to benefit from the public services offered in the field of youth work in an environment with a high quality indoor climate.
