On the website of Valga municipality, the materials of the Valga municipality wind farm special planning and strategic environmental assessment have been published, which have been supplemented, specified and corrected in comparison with the materials published in November 2024, when Valga municipality started to organise the coordination of the special planning and strategic environmental assessment with the governmental authorities within the meaning of § 105 of the Planning Act, and to ask for opinions from the persons and authorities involved. The photomontages in Annex 2 of the SEA have been significantly improved, with visualisations of additional locations added at the suggestion of the communities. In cooperation with the heritage protection authority, the impact analysis on cultural heritage, in particular the view of Hummul Manor, was completed.
